Malaysia Residence Pass – Talent (RP-T)

Secure Your Future in Malaysia with the RP-T

The Residence Pass – Talent (RP-T) is a premium 10-year, multiple-entry visa designed for high-achieving professionals contributing to Malaysia’s economic growth. Unlike standard work permits, the RP-T is employer-independent, offering you unparalleled flexibility to pursue your career goals across the country’s key economic sectors.

At Aseanz Consulting, we help top-tier talent navigate this transition to long-term residency.

Key Benefits

  • Decade-Long Security: Live and work in Malaysia for 10 years, with the option to renew.

  • Career Freedom: The pass is personal to you, meaning you are not tied to a specific employer.

  • Family Inclusion: Spouses and children under 18 receive a Residence Pass, and spouses are granted the right to work.

  • Extended Family Support: Parents, parents-in-law, and adult children (over 18) are eligible for a 5-year Social Visit Pass.
